when you start the engien does it sounds normaly?
if yes have you try to give it a little trottle when starting?
if that not work you can get the spark plugs out and examen them for oil residu.
when no oil residu you can check if the spark plugs spark when starting the engien .
when the do mount them back .
go sit in the car whit radio of .
turn on ignition then you must hear a feul pomp for a sjort wile .
when you hear it go start the engiene ,when it wil not run go direcktly to the exheast to smel for unburned gasoline smel.

please replay your findings

Pull the plugs out and check for oil fouling on plugs. then be sure you are getting proper fuel and spark to plug.
