When this happens it will usually be a bad intake or exhaust gasket.
Most often it is a head gasket that has failed.
Have the cooling system pressure tested to determine which cylinder it is getting into.
If the car hasn't been seriously overheated you can then do the one head gasket instead of both.
You did not mention the engine size but if it is the 3.0 SOHV liter the replacement of both head gaskets labor time is 9.4 hours in the book.
If it is the 3.0 DOHC it is 14.7 hours for both.
and if it is the 3.4 DOHC the labor is 16.7 hours.

These engines need to be repaired by those that are experienced.
