Having problems with your 2007 Toyota Yaris S ?

Horn fuse keeps popping

\015 I have replaced the bracket of the steering wheel (The point of contact that closes the circuit) And the 3 plastic pushback springs, since I believe that was the original problem, but now the fuse still pops every time and I am at a total loss. My inspection is out of date and now I have a ticket for it, if I can fix it before the date in a week I can nullify the ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 19-03-2018

Answers :

Turn key off, locate and unplug horn, install known good fuse and or ckt. brkr, push horn button, if fuse does not blow replace horn assy. If fuse blows you have a short on circuit wires. A well trained electrical tecnician should have no problems finding it, plus you'll need schematics. Good luck!!!
