Having problems with your 2006 Hyundai XG350 ?

The brake lights won't go off even though the car is off. I checked everything (no doors open, not the parking brake). On my drove home, the brake pedal was making a metalic clicking noise when I pressed it. I only am thinking of that now that the brake lights won't go off. No heavy braking. Great. Now my battery is gonna die.

Yea..if you can locate the fuse for your brake lights, pull it till you get on the road again to an auto repair. The most common cause would be the brake light switch and the noise you heard could very well tie in
Fine what you mention is the problem with brake switch failure which is located exactly below the brake pedal it has stop working properly so their is need to change the brake switch....!\015\012after changing the brake switch just let me know this is helpful just change the brake switch & your problem will be solved for more FAQ just log on any time i will help you out from the problem any time till then drive safe & have happy motoring from siddhanth.....!!!!!
