The fuse you could be replacing may be too small of a fuse to use in a vehicle.
\015\012If you have your manufactures book or if you can get in touch with them somehow and find out what type of fuse is needed that could help.
\015\012Or this could be a problem with the ciruit most likely a resistor or diode has failed which is increasing the power in the ciruit causing the fuse to blow.
