Having problems with your 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe ?

Check engine light comes on

\015 I have an 04 sante fe and had some type of fuel/exhaust sensor replaced after my check engine light came on. It drove ok for 2 weeks then the light came on again but it went out once I turned off the heater/fan in the car, could I possibly be getting carbon monoxide in the vehicle when the heater is on? The manual says when the light is on it is some type of exhaust problem, am having it serviced once again on Monday but just wanted your opinion. Thanks.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 19-02-2018

Answers :

Some cars have two oxygen sensors, you might have to have the other one replaced if needed. but your cars not that old and really shouldn't need this. a diagnostic test should pinpoint the problem, but it'll cost you. still, it's cheaper than just replacing parts that aren't fixing the problem.
