Having problems with your 2001 Toyota Avalon ?

I have blown-up my JBL rear woofer 86160 - 26W and 3.7 OHM. I am having difficulty finding the exact same woofer again and hence wanted to know is there a replacement i can use. I understand the meaning of OHM's in the specification but would like to understand the meaning of watts if in case i plan to alter it.

I just replaced my blown sub in my Avalon xls with a Kicker 07C84 and it works great. For the same price of a repair kit, you can just buy this new speaker. Why go through the hassle of repairing a 9 year old speaker. This speaker fits into the same cutout of the old speaker. All I did was splice the red and black wires within the factory plastic housing so I could still use the factory connector.
Www.SimplySpeakers.com sells an easy to install repair kit for around $25 or they repair the 86160 speaker for $40 plus return UPS shipping. Much cheaper than Toyota's price of around $300.
