Answers :

You need to check the reset switch on the inertia relay FIRST, it is designed to cut off the fuel pump or pumps (dual tank trucks) in case of inpact, the can be triped by slaming the car door or trunk , common problem with fords, it will be located behind one of the kick panels in most cases, it is a small black box with a button on it to reset simply push in the button, you operators manual should give you the location
What is the voltage at the fuel pump relay ?
