Hello, my name is Ben. I can help you with this. First you need to remove the upper steering wheel trim bezel. It's held in by 4 spring clips, one at each corner and just pulls straight out. Reach in behind the tilt wheel lever notch and pull the bezel forward, be careful just in case any wiring is connected to the bezel. Now the lower cover is held in by 3 screws, 2 bolts and 3 spring clips. Remove the 2 screws at the top that were hidden behind the trim you just removed. Unsnap the fuse cover under the left side of the steering column cover. Remove the 2 bolts at the bottom and the 1 screw at the left end. Once all the screws and bolts are removed, pull the cover rearward to release the spring clips, they are a bit tough, but if you got all the screws it will come out. If you have any other questions, just ask.
