Having problems with your 1999 Cadillac DeVille ?

I have a 1997 devile 4.6 northstar motor the person i BOUGHT THE CAR FROM CHANGED THE SENSER SO THE COOLANT FANS COME ON SOONER HE SAID THEY WERE SET FROM THE FACTORY TO COME ON AT 225 DEGREES NOW THEY COME ON AT 195 DEGREES BUT ONE FAN IS PULLING AIR THRU THE RADIATOR ONTO THE ENGINE THIS IS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BUT ON THE DRIVER SIDE THE FAN IS RUNNING THE OTHER WAY PUSHING AIR FROM THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT OUT THRU THE RADIATOR IS THIS RIGHT OR SHOULD BOTH FANS BE PULLING AIR THRU THE RADIATOR

That is not right both fans should be pulling the air through the radiator. Also if the fans came on at 225 degrees that was fine and would not hurt the motor. You will need to have the car looked at to see what he has done wrong.
