Having problems with your 1997 Plymouth Voyager ?

Some times the van will start then sometimes I may turn it over and it wont start I can continuesly turn it over and it will then all of a sudden it will start and it sound like a valve is ticking it will die going 70 miles an hour or sitting at a light it does not matter.I ahve replaced the fuel pump filter purge regulator valve plugs wires cap rotor coil.I CANT FIGURE IT OUT HELP PLEASE

SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE THROTTLE POSITION SENSER.GET THE CODES READ TO CONFIRM. AS FOR THE VALVE NOISE,YOU MAY HAVE A STICKY LIFTER,TRY SWITCHING TO A THINNER OIL OR MAYBE TRY SYNTHETIC.
