\015\012You need to get the thermistor checked, this is what controls the cold idle up, when it is cold the computers is told to turn the idle up and give the engine more gas.\015\012If this sensor is faulty you can and will have cold start problems, its ok when its hot but when its cold....it will play up.\015\012Let me know if you need more information.\015\012
\015\012Your car is equipped with a computer controlled engine \015\012management system. Try to visit any independent auto service \015\012and could scan your computer for fault or error codes. The information should pinpoint the malfunctioning \015\012components.

If a major tune-up has not been \015\012done recently, this could be the cause of your problem. Replace the spark plugs, plug wires, fuel and air \015\012filters, etc. Also, replace the oxygen sensor. In addition, service the fuel injection system. Clean the carbon deposits from the throttle bore and \015\012idle passages.

Also, you should check to see if the throttle cable and throttle body are \015\012adjusted properly, check for vacuum leaks and verify the idle valve is \015\012working properly.
