Having problems with your 1988 Subaru GL-10 ?

How to fix a broken power window child lock. The driver side works fine. I loaned the car to my daughter-in-law (in her early 30's) and when it returned the passenger side and rear windows seldom work. As a result I am afraid to even try to put them down (how summer with no air) because I doubt that I could get the back up.
