Having problems with your Toyota Camry ?

My 2001 Camry makes a humming noise in the cabin which it never made before. I don't know what it is, but was told that it is a bearing that needs to be replaced (it is a sealed bearing, so it must be replaced instead of re-lubricated). However, there has been no difference on the sound inside and now I am being told it is another bearing? Could it be something else? How to bearings wear? What if I get that one fixed too and my car is still not quiet?
