Having problems with your Mercedes-Benz Sprinter ?

Had bracks and master cylinder replaced with new. Still pedal goes to floor when pressed slowly, when engine is running. Sprinter - 3500 diesel - 2006

If your not leaking fluid externally their is only two possibility's.. One is that their is still air trapped in the system master cylinder, lines,or calipers or secondly you have a bad brake booster..If when the engine is off and you eliminate the reserve boost by pumping the brakes several times you end up with a good firm pedal that tells me you have a booster issue..If you still do not have a good firm pedal then their is air somewhere in the system or their is a leak you do not see yet..Ireally believe with that much work done that air is still in the system these can take a lot of work to get all the air out sometimes you even have to cycle the anti-lock solenoids to purge trapped air...Good Luck
Either the master cylinder was not bleed correctly or not at all or you have some kind of leak in the system You could also check the vacuum booster control unit for interinal leakage witch you would see leaking down fire wall In a nut shell look for leaks and make master cylinder was bleed
