Left turn signal on 1991 Mazda Protege will not work. I changed the bulb and that did not solve the problem. The flashers work and the right turn signal is OK. Just the left turn will not work. Any ideas ?

Could be the switch itself. Pretty easy to replace the whole turn signal switch. I've had the flashers go out also on mine, but mine ended up being the switch. I grabbed one from a recycling yard, cost me less than $20. ... 1990 Mazda Protege

I have a Mazda 6 and the right turn signal stays on wearing my battery out. I can't shut it off using the turn signal. Also, the keyless entry stopped working and sometimes the flashers will come on randomly. Is this just a burnt out bulb issue or a computer problem?

No, it's at best a faulty turn signal switch and at worst it's a chafed wire bundle causing a short circuit. I don't want to frighten you unnecessarily, but the latter cause can be deadly. It's no fun on the freeway when you get a fire under the dash ... Mazda MAZDA6

88 Jeep Cherokee, left turn signals don't work. Right signals flash as they should. Emergency flashers work as well. When the left turn signal is activated, the dash arrow lights up, the front bulb lights up and the rear bulb lights up but the flasher doesn't click. The flasher was replaced to rule it out and because it is easy, the left rear turn signal bulb was replaced and the front bulb was checked. It seems to me then next item to replace would be the turn signal switch. Any thoughts?

I'm looking for the turn signal flasher unit on a 1993 Buick LeSabre. I found the 4-way flasher which is clipped onto a support by the steering column but can't find the turn signal flasher. I bought a new flasher at the local GM dealer and a GM parts diagram shows a seperate flasher for turn signals and 4-ways but dosen't show the location where it is installed?????

The turn signal flasher is above the emergency brake petal and about 6 inches above, hid by a wiring harness. It is in a clip so pull it out and leave the wire hang to replace the new flasher. If you locate the fuse box drop it down by releasing the ... 1994 Buick LeSabre

I have a 1999 Nissan Quest, I've been having problems with my turn signals. It started out with the flasher buzzing but the turn indicator would work. I did some new ground connections and it seemed to work but then again they would stop working. This last time I noticed that the warning flasher wasn't working but the turn signals were, now they aren't working again. Any sug

I have searched throughly for any grounds and don't see any. If there is one, where is it located.

Most likely you crossed a wire and blew a fuse or two. It is also possible that a wiring harness connector was pulled loose or not properly replaced after the heater core was replaced. and also the other possibility is the blown fuse/------ if ... 1995 Chevrolet S-10 CA Edition
