Having problems with your Jeep Liberty ?

My jeep just started blaring its horn in my driveway. No one was near it and the horn is not beep-beep-beep like the panic indicator--it is full out psycho blaring. I unhooked the battery however that is going to make it a bit difficult to drive to work; any suggestions for my psycho jeep?

Answers :

Open the hood and look in front of the radiator and locate the horn and unplug it you may need to get under the front of the car and look up behind the front bumper at the front of the radiator no tools needed unless you have to move a plastic panel .
It is likely the button in the steering wheel has shorted out. Unless you can get it to stop by pulling up the button, the steering wheel will have to come off for repair; and this requires special tools. In the meantime, you can pull the horn relay out of the fuse box and reconnect the battery.
