Brakes are pulsating and not braking normal especialy at slow speeds, I suspect ABS issue. Can I just disconnect ABS fuse if to expensive to fix? Can I take it anywhere?

Answers :

Pulsating brake pedal is usually a result of a warped rotor or drum. Yes, you can disable the ABS by pulling the fuse, but I doubt this will fix your problem.
Try unbolting the front abs sensors and cleaning rust off from where they bolt to.these vehicles build up rust under the sensor and create a bigger gap
