Having problems with your Ford Ranger ?

2001 ford ranger engine stumble, periodic fuel starve upon hard accelaration,"check engine" light on occasion,(code reader does not register any problems. At first,a switch to ethynol from regular fuel seemed to diminish problem, but it has returned. I have an in tank pump "flex" fuel system.I'm hopeing there is a simple fuel system sensor check I can make before dropping the fuel tank, and paying $400+ for a fuel pump. Thanks for any advise.

Hi there,

this can be the fuel that you have use, better call your car manufacturer for the compatibility of your car to use an fuel with an ethanol.

The problem will arise esp. on the car using a rubber gasket.
