Ok i got a 1995 ford ranger 4.0 and manual transmission the clutch started to slip so i put a 11in clutch kit into it (over sized clutch) new slave cyclinder new throw out barren after that everthing semmed the same it had a broken clutch pedal so i changed the clutch pedal bracket then i noticed it started to shift hard bout to weeks when by then i had to start forcing it into gear i noticed the transmission mount was shot so i changed it last night now i have to really force it inoto fist or h

I have a 2002 ford mustang gt.. Replaced the clutch bout 3 months ago.. New flywheel throwout bearing.. The whole works. Even purchased a clutch adjuster kit with firewall adjuster.. Car rides good and shifts good just a few minor problems or questions rather.. If i tighten the clutch i get a squeeking noise from the throwout bearing? why? and also when i turn the air conditioner on the throwout bearing rattles? is this ordinary or whats the deal? the car drives fine and everything is brand new

94 Ford ranger 4.0 has little power until the last inch on the throttle pedal, then it takes off with all kinds of power. I've changed plugs and wires, temp. sender to computer, and throttle pos. sensor all to no avail. It started this right after I put a clutch kit in. I have a 2003 mark 4 1.8 gti golf and the mechanic has said that I need a new clutch kit. I can change gears fine, no smell or noises, also the gear engages when I release the clutch about a quarter of the way out. The cost of the clutch kit and replacement is about 3000 dollars is this normal or could I get this done cheaper? If you feel this clutch is worn out could I just replace part of the kit rather than having to spend over 3k? thanks

I changed the rear rotors on a 2004 dodge caravan. i had to loosen the self adjuster on the parking brake to remove the rotor. should i re adjust the self adjuster or will it reset itself? i manually reset it and a mechanic said he had to take the rotor back off and re-adjust the parking brake. i don't understand why he had to take everyhting apart when there is slot to adjust the parking brake behind the rotor. can u help explain why he needed to do this or did i get ripped off.
