My #5 injector was loose the other day so i tightened it and it still has a slow leak coming out through the threads

Answers :

Loosen it back off and make sure the fuel line is properly seated in the injector, then retighten the nut. If it still leaks then chances are that the end of the line has been damaged and it will need to be replaced. Don't put that off because a couple months down the road the engine will go BOOM. The fuel helps to lubricate the cylinder. I bought a new motor ($4500) because I didn't replace a leaky line soon enough. Hope this helps.
