Having problems with your Buick Skylark ?

1988 Buick skylark 3.0 v6 metric automatic,lacks power. Ive changed the oil the plugs (.45 gap), the coils the ignition module the plug wires the air filter the o-rings on the injectors the ECM (shows only code 12) soft throttle response is ok not great heavy throttle response feels like your in 2nd gear. There is a slight pulsing on acceleration at partial throttle. The gas is at least 8 months old but I added a stabilizer at that time, it still has that sharp smell to it but I can't siphon any
