VW mk1 1.4i 2008 over fueling and refuses to idle. Is there a solution to the problem?

\015 Hi... I have a 2008 Vw 1.4i mk1 golf. the car is over fueling and refuses to idle. We have run a diagnostic test and said to change "lambda sensor", wich we have located< removed and changed. \015\012Thereafter checked the fuel pressure, was fine. Checked the engine compression and gearbox & camshaft timing, and it is fine. \015\012The distrubutor timiming is also right. \015\012Please help as it was suggested that i change the Ecu(computer box). located it under the dashboard in the car and it has rivets that seem impossible to remove.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 20-03-2017
