Checking fuses with a test light is the easiest way. within 20 seconds you can check all the fuses and know if one is burnt out.

It looks like there are only a handful of fuses in your fuse block. Pull them out one at a time. You will be able to see if one is blown.
The radio fuse might be on the back of the radio most cars have a bigger voltige plug that run multi functions so take the radio out and check it out there is normaly a 10 amp fuse in there
