I have a 2004 dodge ram pick up and blower motor will not work. I am gettting 12 volts to the blower motor. After checking resistor and switch i came back to power from ignition to fan. I bypassed that wire and ran a wire from battery to fan. All works great including all the speeds with the switch. I am convinced that even though I am getting 12 volts to the blower motor, I am not gettting enough amps. Apparently there is a service bulletin on this for a melted plastic connect. How hard

I'm working on 2000 chev S10 pickup. the blower fan doesn't work from dash controls. I jumpered the moter and it spins fine, I have tested the wiring at the switch and I believe the switch is working fine. When I went to the parts store to check out a new switch, the style in the vehicle is for 2001 vehicles. when I try to trace the wires from the switch to the blower resistor the color of the wire switch somewhere, maybe at the firewall connections. at the blower motor connection, the blue wire

I have reterminated the wiring and cleaned it up but the following does not work: Radio Speedometer Temp Gauge fuel gauge radiator fan also, when plugging relay in to blower motor it constantly runs. Everything else works, we need this van for transporting our wheelchair bound son. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you, Joe

What do these three wires do and where can we find the correct part? We have been quoted everything from $63 (for the one with 2 wires) to $700+ (the guys swears this is what we need and can order it). Help!

Where is the blower fan motor located on a 2002 jeep grand cherokee? Or even the resistor for that matter? Isn't working need it fixed since winter is here. Looked online at a few other sites for diff years + models but the pictures don't look right. They say this stuff is located behind glovebox but the area behind my glove box is almost bare just a few wires, and no blower fan module. Any ideas?

It is behind the box. you just have to lay back on the floor and look up. You will see the motor on the right (looking up) and the resistor is right next to it. to the left of it. Keep in mind though, if you have a climate control dual console (which ... 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have a 2004 Monte Carlos SS. The blower Motor would go on and off will big bumps in the road. Then is stopped all together. My dad narrowed it down to the black & purple wires that go into a clip type thing and then right into the blower motor. We know it's something with the connection. He used sandpaper and cleaned them off and it worked for about 2 weeks. Now, it stopped again. Is there anything I can do. It's cold outside and I need help!

If your motor has two wires on the hot plug, one side gets power from the relay, the other gets power from the resistor pack which gets power from switch. They keep changing this from year to year, but generally that's the most comon. Best thing to d ... Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. The blower motor only works in the High position. I replaced the blower motor resistor, but it didn't help. Shot the wires with a meter and get 11.8vdc through the resistor pack on High, and 10.2vdc on switch positions 1-4. I would have expected to have varying voltages on each fan setting from the resistor pack and into the blower motor. No shorts to ground or each other in the voltage wires. Very odd problem as the fan will run with 11.8vdc but not wi
