Having problems with your 2010 Hyundai i30 2.0 ?

Rearview mirror rear view mirror is vibrating.I have taken mirror from spring mount and still get the noise which is coming from the base that is glued to the glass. the only solution to me is having to remove base that is glued on and reglueing it how do i do this. i think there may be a bad bond which is causing the vibration.
