My toyota tercel 92 front left caliper froze, could an uneven wear of the rotor explain it? (I replaced my brake pads 9 months before switching to new rotors...)If the rotor is the problem: 1- Do I have to replace both rotors? 2- Yet, is there necessarily need to work the brake caliper/ rebuild it?

When I apply the brakes on my 2004 Toyota Sienna, the front left turn indicator comes on as does the dash left turn indicator (stays solid). These stay on until I release the brake. If I use the flashers and hazards everything works fine but if I apply the brakes with the left flasher on, this overrides the normal operation of the left turn indicator and it just becomes solid again. Possible clue: the rear right brake light was out. I replaced the bulb the the proper replacement. The problem
