I have a Kia Sportage 4wd 2002 with under 60000 miles. I lost power steering and when I took to mechanic they said I threw a belt(which they replaced with great difficulty) due to a bent or warped harmonic balancer. The dealer replaced my timing belt 10 months ago so they were the last to take off this belt. Either they bent the harmonic balancer removing the belt or it is defective. Shouldn't the harmonic balancer be covereed under the 100000 mile 10 yr warranty or their mistake? As I understan
