Having problems with your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 ?

Air is cold but not blowing

\015 I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 that has cold air, but doesn't blow well. It does a little better on max, but still not much. Also, water drips onto passanger floor when ac has been running for a while. \015\012\015\012A friend said he had the same problem - whatever the air blows over to get cooled was clogged and had to be replaced, which involved removing the dash. Cost him around a thousand dollars. Does this sound reasonable?\015\012\015\012Thanks for any help.\015\012\015\012Tim\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 23-10-2017

Answers :

Sounds like a leaking heater core, that explains the liquid. and i 've done heater core jobs on a dodge ram and it is kinda costly, approx, 5 to 7 hours depends on whos doings it.
