None of these were the problem, when I turn the key to the on position, the fuel pressure gauge climbs upto 2 psi. After the pump cycles the pressure drops to 0. 1999 Chevy Malibu 2.4L. Ran fine, changed the water pump but did not replace the timing chain. I did not move the the cams or crank during the install of the water pump.
