They sure can. Some parts stores like Pep Boys carry not only the original lug nuts (19 mm), but also carry the two studs you need. Remove the wheel assembly and with the two broken studs, take a hammer and on the backside, you'll see a hole to line up the back of the stud, and smack it out with a hammer. To install, if you have an air compressor, put each of the new two studs in one at a time an d buy a regular nut with about an inch of spacers over the stud and then zap it in with an impact wrench. Instead of spacers, I used a huge nut. For safety's sake, take care of the two broken studs as soon as possible, for if left too long, the wheel could fly off while driving. Even if you just remove the two broken studs, put the wheel back on and take it to any shop, they'll be able to zap the two new studs in.

I am converting 2000 2.7 to fit a 2003 vehicle I have already swapped out the flex plate and I was told to change the cam tone ring on the left camshaft, So I removed the cam tone ring from the 2003 engine without removing the cam sprocket and holding the camshaft with a breaker bar. During the process the left camshaft rotated slightly while staying on the shaft and I can still see the bolt holes. Seems like, I could remove the bolts that hold the cam ring in place without removing the cam spro

When I removed the three long bolts that are holding on my shift solenoid, it seems to still be stuck and I can't remove it. I think there are three metal locking extensions at the bottom of the shift solenoid. Can you please explain a safe and easy way to remove the shift solenoid once I took the three bolts out?

There are no other bolts or fasteners holding this solenoid in place other than the three you removed. The gasket is holding it in place. I would suggest taping around the solenoid with a mallet until you get it loose. You can also use a plastic hand ... 2002 Dodge Neon

How do you replace the front rotors? I had the front tire off. I took off the brake caliper and used wire to hang it up so its out of the way. I then took out the bolts holding the rotors onto the hub. I then removed the dust cap and removed the little C-clip on the axle. I then removed the 6 the little nuts which hold on some kind of housing for the hub assembly. This is where I stopped because I wasn't confident enough to continue.
