I have a 2002 Chevy Malibu, and I somehow blew the fuse for the horn and the radio will not turn on or doors won't ding. Checked the fuse boxes..found the blown fuse for the radio and replaced it and the car will ding and the radio will turn on for a split second, then it wont work again. What is going on??

Car was working fine...just bought 2001 chevy malibu with a 3.1 liter engine, 37,000 miles on it. After i start my chevy malibu maxx all the dashboard lights go on, the radio shuts off and the gas gauge goes down to e.it is as if the car has lost power the car does not stall after a few seconds all the dashboard lights go out and the gas gauge is where it is suppose to be.
