Last night I drove up my driveway to the top and turned around so I would be headed out this morning. As I was trying to back up my wheels started to spin. I came to a complete stop and turned the knob from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive low. I then proceeded to back about 25 feet. I stopped and turned the knob back to 2 wheel drive. This morning when I tried to leave the driveway my 2008 F-250 Super Duty is stuck in 4 wheel drive low. I can't get it to go back into 2 wheel drive. I tried

What could be the problem if rear driver wheel is leaning out like it is bent? I ran up on a curb and now my driver rear wheel is leaning out some and my front wheel feels like I need an alignment or I bent the lower control arm because it almost looks like the driver wheel is pushed back a little than the front passenger wheel. I was told that my lower control arm is bent on driver side wheel but I want to be sure before I buy this part. has anyone ever had this problem?

The best thing to do is to take it to a local Frame and Alignment Shop and have them put the vehicle on a Frame Machine and take measurements to determine what is exactly bent before throwing money on parts you might not need. ... 2001 Dodge Stratus

I have just bought a 1997 Mitsubishi Pajero. It is in a very good condition. I have only identified one problem: At the dashboard there are an indicator of 4 wheels that lights up depending on whether you drive 2 or 4 wheels. When I drive 2H the back wheels are with lights but some times to front wheel starts blinking. I assume this indicates a problem, but as I do not have a manual I do not understand what it is? CVT problem My Mitsubishi Outlander, when in cruise control, will occasssionally rev up to about 4500, drop back to 2000, back up to 4500, then back to about 2000 (all in the space of about 5 seconds). Dealer tells me "they all do that" but it does not seem right to me. I have only noticed it while in cruise control when I come to a hill. Is this likely to cause damage or increased wear to the transmission? Is it as they say "normal for the model"?

Simple answer, no, it will not most likely cause any increased wear to your engine or transmission. Yes, it is normal for the engine to rev while climbing a hill while in cruise control. The cruise is designed to be used on flat (or semi-f ... Mitsubishi Outlander

I have new Mitsubishi 2010 Colt. Its generally a great little car, but I am unhappy with the steering. Around town there is no real obvious issue, however once on the freeway the steering seems to wander and is very sloppy and I have to constantly re-angle steering wheel just to keep the car going straight. Also sometimes on tight turns on street corners the steering doesn't want to self-centre properly and the steering wheel has to be forced back to the neutral position. Is this problem c

Gear shifter problem. Transmission seems fine...I can't get the gear shift to shift back into park or reverse. It will shift from neutral thru the low gears( but its like something has either wore out or has broken, because it will slide over gear positions), but will not back into reverse or park. I took the pannel off of the top of the steering wheel, and I noticed that when it is in neutral (neutral on the instrument pannel and tranmisson in neutral), its actually in what should be the par

I had my Pajero 45,000 km service done by Mitsubishi, Alice Springs,N>T> Australia.Shortly afterwards I drove to Williams Creek via Coober Peedy. The road from Coober Peedy to Williams Creek(about 170 km)was unpaved and occasionally there was water in the floodways. I am an experienced 4 wheel driver, and drove carefully though these spots. On the way back to Alice Springs I ran into trouble, and had to be towed back. The verdict of Mitsubishi, Alice Springs was water in the timing chamber which
