Having problems with your 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac ?

Had the rotors and Pads replaced on the rear of my 2002 Explorer Sport....now when I apply the brakes the pedal feels like it is pumping up and down and the wheels feel like they're out of balance.

I would return it to who replaced it for help. Could be a few different things but get this fixed, could be a sign of a larger problem. Safety first!
If rotor are new return them there wrap, if they were resurfic not done right, make sure that they are check for thickness could be to thin to be recut. That's what we call brake paddle pulsation warp brake rotor's.
