Having problems with your 2004 Ford Explorer ?

Heating problems i have a 2004 ford explorer. my heat in the back works fine but for some reason my front heat does not work and i cant defrost my windows i need help i would relly like to try and fix this problem myself.

This problem is caused by a defective blend door (stuck) or blend door actuator motor. The blend door is what moves in the air stream to supply heat or cool, or a blend of the two, it is in the dash and the dash must be removed to access it for repair.
