Having problems with your 2003 Volkswagen Beetle TDI ?

Enginie is extremely hot, niether one of the radiator fans are working, fans are electric and i assume controled by a thermo switch of some kind

There is a flat fuse on the battery cover that is blown. There is a small plastic flap you can flip open. There are 5 or 6 fuses that go between the weres visible. it is probably a 25 of 30 amp fuse. about $2. each. The dealer wanted 125 to repair. it took about 1 minute total time and a 10mm socket
