Having problems with your 2003 Honda Accord ?

2003 Accord. Navigation/radio/display system does not load.

\015 Recently my battery died when the lights were left on for too long. When i got the car started, the navigation system dispay was not loading properly. The first screen keeps reloading over and over. On a rare occasion, the system does load completely, at which time i can use all the functions. (requires the code each time). But when the car is restarted, reverts back to repeated reloading. i tried disconnecting the battery for a power cycle, did not work. Please help.\015 Posted / edited by AnonymousUser on : 20-11-2017

Answers :

I've reads post here suggesting disconnecting the battery for one hour. Couldn't hurt to try it.

\015\012Also try ejecting the Navi Disk, inspecting it for any damage, wait a few minutes and reinserting. The disk contains not only the navigation Database, but also part of the operating system.

\015\012DO NOT TRY INSERTING A OLDER NAVI DISK OR ONE FROM ANOTHER VEHICLE, THAT COULD DESTROY THE NAVI UNIT!!

\015\012If you need a new Honda Navi Disk, order it direct at https://www.hondanavi.com/Hondadvdsales/naviorder.php
