After jump starting lost power in radio and cd player

You will have to pull the radio and check for a fuse blown,if there is not a fuse in the fuse panel that is blown.If you found no fuses blown,then you may have fried the radio and cd player,but most likely a fuse.look in the manual in the glove box for exact location of the fuse.
Check the fuse up under the dashboard in the fuse box.
You can also remove stereo and test the wires to it with a voltmeter to see if there is no power to it or if the stereo itself has a bad internal fuse or faulty circuit board.
