As long as you can properly mount the seat, the electrical part is easy. I wired in a power seat from a 97 explorer into my School bus in about 15 minutes by connecting a 16 gauge wire to the negative then positive leads from the seat. the negative I mounted an eyelet on and put it on one of the seat mounting bolts. the positive I ran to an inline fuse holder with a 20 amp fuse, then directly to my buss bar on the bus - you could add it to an empty accessory position in your fuse panel or run it directly to your battery by fishing the wire through the firewall, but it would look cleaner to use an accessory terminal in your panel. Use crimp connectors and dip the stripped wire ends in dielectric grease to protect from corrosion and promote continuity.
Hope this helps!
