What is the proper cylinder head torque value and sequence for the chev 4.2liter inline six? year 2003.

  1. \015\012Tighten the long bolts (1-14), in sequence, to 30 ft. lbs. (40 Nm).\015\012

  3. \015\012Tighten the long bolts, in sequence, an additional 90 degrees.\015\012
  4. \015\012
  5. \015\012Tighten the long bolts, in sequence, an additional 60 degrees.\015\012
  6. \015\012
  7. \015\012Tighten the 2 long end bolts to 15 ft. lbs. (20 Nm).\015\012
  8. \015\012
  9. \015\012Tighten the 1 short end bolt to 13 ft. lbs. (18 Nm).\015\012
