OK the windshield wipers were frozen "to the windshield" ? , and you turned them on not knowing this right ? , and now when you turn on the wipers, they A) move a little, you can hear them trying to work, or they B) do not move, no sound nothing ?
\015\012I may have a answer to A, or B.
\015\012If it is A) the nuts that hold the wiper arms to the wiper shaft have come loose. Pop off the little black caps and tighten the nuts, put the little black caps on .
\015\012If the answer is B) you must check the fuse box and make sure you have not blown the wiper fuse.
\015\012Please let me know hat you find.
If you turned them on when they were frozen then you may have damaged the motor or linkage to wipers. the first thing to do is to check your fuses to make sure the wiper fuse is good. if not then replace the fuse and try the wipers, also turn key on with engine off, turn wipers on and listen to see if you hear the wiper motor running if you do then maybe something came apart, most linkage snaps together, hope this helpscc019cf.gif
