Having problems with your 2002 Hyundai Accent ?

Is the brake light in the rear window on it's own fuse?? if not, why could it be out? It's not the bulb itself, i tried to change it, but it still won't light

Answers :

No, the third (3rd) brake light is on the same circuit as the other brake lights. So, knowing this, there must be some other cause.
\015\012
\015\0121. New bulb is also bad
\015\0122. Bulb socket is damaged
\015\0123. Power/ground at the bulb is not present (in which case, locate the fault).
\015\0124. If all else fails, Take the vehicle in to an authorized Hyundai Service Department and have it properly diagnosed -- this way you'll know EXACTLY where/what the problem is/was and the parts/labor required to fix it.
