The Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) is definitely something you want working. Those airbags can be a lifesaver in an accident. Take it back to the Dealer and tell them it wasn't broke before they worked on you car, it's broke now after they worked on it, and stress how much of a Liability this might be. Okay, okay... just ask them to fix it because you would like to have it in case you are involved in an accident. My Civic's Service Repair Manual (from Honda), says Take it To Your Dealer (see below)
\015\012===========================================
\015\012All SRS electrical wiring harnesses are covered with yellow insulation. Related components are located in the steering column, front console, dashboard, dashboard lower panel, and in the dashboard above the glove box.
\015\012Do not use electrical equipment on these circuits.
\015\012
\015\012-WARNING
\015\012To avoid rendering the SRS inoperative, which could lead to personal iniury or death in the event ol severe frontal collision, all SRS service work must be pertormed by an authorized Honda dealer
