My 2000 toyota 4runner 6-cyl has a rough idle as well as a considerable shake at 2000-2500 rpm. I've been told that changing the coils, plugs and wires woudl solve this. Did it 3 years ago, no help. Now it's worse and a new place is telling me the same thing plus a FST flush of the injectors (done 1.5 years ago with no help). Do I go ahead a replace the parts again and hope it fixes the problem even though it didnt last time?

I have a 96 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE, V6 3.3 engine. It's not getting spark from the 3rd and 6th ports from the Coil Pack. I have changed the coil pack, plugs, wires, and even tried a different PCM. I went ahead and changed the crank and cam position sensors too. It's still not getting a pulse from the same plugs. Could it be a wiring, or wire connector issue? Could a bad relay keep those specific ports not to fire? Please help, I am stumped.

Hello, My 1991 dodge dakato was running great before I changed the spark plugs & wires because they were old. Now, it seems to be running not nearly as good. It seems like their is a loss of power or hesitation. I know the fire order is correct. I even gapped the new spark plugs. It has a v8 5.2 engine. I was wondering if it could be that the new wires has such large boots on them, they are touching one another. I also changed the cap & rotor and it still is not right running. The first time I c

I have a '94 sierra 5.7, I changed my spark plugs recently they weren't all in that great a shape, mainly just worn out. There is only one terminal (#2) on my distributor cap which was corroded bad when I changed it out, and the associated plug wire (#2) was rusted & corroded bad too. I'm going to guess everything on this truck are probably still factory parts. What would cause just the one cylinder's (#2) associated ignition parts to corrode so badly?

My ac works fine, but my heater has stopped working. It blows air but doesn't get warm. I went to a dealership and they told me it was the baffle air deflecter, and it would cost about $600 to fix. Have to wait til after Christmas for the other dealership to run their own diagnostics. So i was going to try something different until then. I found a heater i can plug into

O.K. here it goes. I have had struts replaced, new Harmony Michelen Tires, spark plugs and wires changed, fuel filter and air filter replaced. Even changed the tranny with a spare I had left over from a wrecked Le Sabre. Here are the symptons. Then when you try to take off at a nice smooth acceleration it wants to hesitate and just not go like normal.

Hi! I believe that the fuel injectors got nothing to do with it. I suspect that you have a faulty MAF (mass air flow) sensor. This has big contribution on engine performance specially the idling. Please check the ECM and PCM too, for these are the br ... Buick Park Avenue
