Having problems with your 2001 Lincoln LS ?

I have a missfire in cylinder7 but i have replaced coilpack and sparkplug what else could be causeing this

Several things may cause this, assuming you are working on cylinder number 7 of course. Some Fords will turn off the fuel injector on a missing cylinder to prevent damage to emmissions devices, therefore code will need to be cleared before miss goes away. Otherwise assuming the coil you replaced is good and the sparkplug is correct; you have either a bad fuel injector, wiring problem to coil or injector, or low compression. In that order most likely. You are brave attempting working on this car as I know what it is like under there.
BAD OR WRONG SPARK PLUG.INTAKE MANIFOLD LEAK AT CYLINDER 7.A BAD OR DIRTY FUEL INJECTORS WILL CAUSE MISFIRE.
