Key stuck in the inition shift selector not telling what gear truck is in---moonroof was left open and water got in the truck and the automatic gearbox got wet

You need some silicone spray,it will dry up moister,it can be purchased at N A P A auto parts.Spray it in every crack and opening.Then keep trying to shift it,moving it as much as possible,would not hurt to spray the ignition also,the silicone will get rid of the moister,don`t be scared to spray a lot of this silicone spray,it is not smelly,or discoloring to anything.
Hello. Keep moving the shift selector until you can get the truck to run. Then turn the heat on full blast and leave it for at least one hour to dry things out.
