They should do the repair. Be prepared if they tell you that your VIN isn't part of the group. I got told something to the effect of "the recall affects the VINS that were made on a Tuesday, but yours was made on a Wednesday. Sorry"
You don't... Chrysler has a recall notice out for it. Dealership will do it free.
