Having problems with your 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee ?

How do remove exhaust pipe from jeep 2001 grand cherokee? Unknown bolt size and very difficult to engage.

I am assuming you are referring to the exhaust manifold bolts since those are the toughest

however, you did not specify

Unfortunately my Jeep service manual, or any dealer manual will tell you sizes of nuts/bolts

Additionally, I do not have one of these in my shop right now, but if memory serves me correctly they were 14mm

In addition to being tough to get too they are also good and rusted

Don't even bother trying to get these without a GOOD torch and not one of those $10 home depot specials... I mean something that will turn the exhaust cherry hot

either that or a good impact wrench and compressor
