Having problems with your 2001 Chrysler Town & Country ?

It acts like its out of gas and isnt but if u have it hooked up to another vehicle to keep battery from dying it will start then drives fine and if you kill it the van starts right back but after sitting for awhile u have to go through the whole process of jumping it from another vehicle

Have your altenater checked at an autozone
Check the ignition switch by pressing and holding the key hard into the ignition and try starting. If it does not start right away, problem is elsewhere.
