Does the squealing noise only happen when you accelerate? It may be the serpentine belt. If you look at the belt on the inside where the grooves are and the belt is all cracked up, then I'd start with the belt.
Could be a few things, but I would recommed that you have your "sepentine belt" checked. The belt could be badly worn, or the belt tensioner is bad. Also could be the Power steering pump, is it hard to turn the steering wheel at an idle? Could be the Alternator also, can have that checked for free at an Autozone, or O'Rielly's auto parts store if you have one close. Possible water pump, but usually they will "squeal" even when you are not accelerating. My best guess, without actually hearing it is a badly worn Serpintine Belt, a new one should take care of the noise, and that is the cheapest way to start.
